Supervisor, Warehouse -Shift A

Position Overview

This role manages the functional aspects of the Raw Material and Finished Goods Warehouse, will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of medical products, raw materials and supplies. This position is essential to the company's ability to deliver high-quality products on time and in full while adhering to strict regulatory compliance standards. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of warehouse staff and work closely with the logistics, procurement, and quality assurance teams to meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and company objectives. All this to assure outstanding customer service levels and accuracy in handling.
  1. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of medical supplies.
  2. Ensure all products are stored, handled, and dispatched in compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO).
  3. Monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely stock replenishment and the correct allocation of goods to fulfill orders.
4. Manage and mentor a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Supervises, train, evaluate and guide personnel.5. Conduct performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and provide regular feedback to employees. Train new staff on safety protocols, product handling, and warehouse procedures. Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture focused on efficiency, safety, and quality.5. Operates the material inventory module of the MRP system.6 Works closely with: a. Purchasing and Logistics to prioritize inbound shipments; b. Receiving inspection for material release; e. Logistics for pre and post sterile shipments, product processed at sterilizer; f. All other areas to provide excellent service ensuring customer satisfaction7. Track inventory levels including proper management of expired, obsolete, non-conformant and excess product and materials. 8. Ensures all material is securely stored and keep special controls for high value inventory.910. Ensure equipment under his/her responsibility are properly maintained.11. Ensure all shipping and documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements (e.g., labels, shipping manifests, certificates of analysis).12. Maintains regular inventory cycle counts within budgeted tolerances.13. Ensures proper execution and tracking of internal customer requirements (ie. Stock Transfer forms, Production, Planning Quality and Customer Service requirements, etc.)14. Promote lean warehouse management practices, reducing waste, increasing space utilization, and enhancing productivity.15. Ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled on time, accurately, and with the highest quality standards.16. Ensure compliance with all regulations (Free Trade Zone, Trade Compliance, JSOX, Quality Regulations, Internal Policies)17. Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and enforces the use of all required personal protective equipment/devices.18. Maintain Warehouse area according to 5S principles.19. Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.20. Perform additional duties, as assigned.21. Analyze information, create dashboards and reports to control and predict corrective actions, control, and improve the process.

  • Required Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management in medical devices in. 3. At least 2 years in a supervisory role, leading teams and overseeing day-to-day warehouse.4. Experience interfacing with Production Departments 5. Focus on outstanding customer satisfaction 6. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.7. Intermediate English proficiency both written and verbal8. Lean Manufacturing and 6s knowledge9. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques.10. Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Desired Qualifications:1. SAP or other major ERP systems experience2. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power BIand Outlook3. Ability to multi-task and successfully adhere to deadlines4.
