Professional Affairs & Clinical Education (PACE) Events Coord - EMEA
Position Overview
Ensure that MicroVention events are well organized and fully compliant all along the process, from administrative and logistics arrangements to follow-up activities. Carry substantial cross-functional collaboration throughout various departments in the EMEA region as well as regular contacts with HealthCare Providers (HCPs). Job duties:
- Manage logistics for HCP’s during MV events (e.g., site visits, workshops, etc.) and proctorship.
- Manage contracts with HCPs to perform services like proctorship, lecture, symposia, medical advisory board, etc.
- Manage logistics for MV associates during MV events (e.g., site visits, workshops, EMEA trainings, etc.).
- Manage administrative logistics for MV events (e.g., samples, projector, training material, simulator, etc.).
- Coordinate and communicate with MV associates and distributors on MV events (e.g., HCP registrations).
- Manage the transparency declaration for the French/USA health authorities related to HCP engagement with MV.
- Manage the French declarations related to French HCPs attending MV events and proctorship consulting.
- Manage the Event tool and contracting tool submission.
- Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
