Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Program (NPI)

Position Overview

Lead program management activities and be responsible for project planning and execution of cross platform projects with Supply Chain impact. Manage the program including integrated planning, resource and task allocation and updates, project schedule, reporting, and risk management activities. Job duties:
  • Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected Supply Chain projects or company projects impacting Supply Chain, such as New Product Introduction, Product Launches, Product Transfers, and Distribution Network Changes, among others.
  • Develop a complete and thorough project plan and associated communication documents.
  • Determine project needs and acquire resources required for the success of the project.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Deliver project objectives within agreed-upon schedule.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the project and communicate risks to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements, risks, and other program management office methodology documentation.
  • Decide on suitable Supply Chain strategies and objectives to meet business needs.
  • Develop, control, and coordinate cross-project activities to successfully meet project deadlines.
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management for successful project execution.
  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize service levels.
  • Ensure successful collaboration within cross-functional teams, such as Supply Chain, Product Management, Product Development, Commercial, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and R&D.
  • Support portfolio management of the initiatives governed by the Product Review Meeting.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary Range:

$124,714 - $170,400 (Compensation could be higher based on education, experience and skill sets)

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related business field.
    2. A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Supply Chain Program Management or Supply Chain Management.
    3. A minimum of two (2) years of management experience.
    4. Proven understanding of supply chain management principles such as (but not limited to) Production Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting, and Logistics.
    5. Experience in S&OP process, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
    6. Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with internal and external business partners/customers.
    7. Proven results with building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
    Desired Qualifications
    1. Supply Chain Program Manager or Supply Chain Management experience preferred.
    2. Master’s degree in related business field desired.
